I haven't been able to scour through the entire book yet but I did see a recipe for a vegan risotto that looked appetizing. Maybe I'll make it soon.
For now, though, I am busy digging into my Southern Vegetarian cookbook and these were the results;
I made my very own BBQ sauce and a dry rub for the tofu, buttermilk biscuits and bacun! I will be posting about this spicy and saucy dinner very soon.
I am now off to the Dixie Chicks concert! Hee Haw and all that honky tonk.
